Reporting to the Lead Architect, the ideal candidate will work from client approved concepts or instructions from the Producer or Creative Lead to build complete Flash/ Flex experiences from start to finish including all animation, programming and multimedia for digital communications.

Ability to assess, discuss, communicate and implement emerging tools, frameworks and techniques.

Pay exceptional detail to graphics, layout and typography to maintain visual style and messaging.

Remain flexible and sane in a high-pressure, deadline driven environment.

Make revisions and subsequent versions with little supervision.
Requirements

2+ years of Flash/ Flex & Actionscript development.

Expert level AS 3.0 experience including:

* Object Oriented Actionscript 2.0/ 3.0
* Development Frameworks and APIs for AS 2.0/ 3.0
* XML
* Flash video
* Audio integration
* Interactive game development
* Flash event model
* Proficiency in traditional tween and code based animation
* Experience architecting RIA's and data driven sites
* HTML, CSS and Javascript
* Illustrator & Photoshop
